Golden hour on your stretch of coast.
Family, senior and couples photography shot in the last light of the day, above the water in San Pedro and Palos Verdes. Warm film tones. Very little posing. The photos end up looking like you.
What I photograph
-
Including the big, loud, multigenerational ones. Beaches, bluffs, or your own kitchen.
-
Class of 2027, this is your year. Two locations, outfit changes, no rush.
-
Anniversaries, proposals, or just because it’s been too long.
-
Bump sessions and the after — the part most people forget to photograph.
Fall dates on the bluffs go first.
September through November is the busiest stretch of my year — senior season and fall family photos land in the same eight weeks. If you’re thinking about it, let’s get you on the calendar.
Hi, I’m Kirsten
I don’t say “everybody look here.”
I shoot warm and a little grainy, with a film finish that leans seventies. It means your kid gets to be seven years old instead of performing being seven years old.
A session with me is mostly walking, talking, and me staying out of the way with the camera up. I’ll nudge you when things stall. The best frame of the day is almost never the one where everybody was ready.
